How does the subscribe & save work?

Our subscription service allows you to schedule your Sea Sun Australia deliveries (so you never run out of your daily essential). Plus, you’ll receive a 15% discount.You can choose to get your products sent to you every 4, 5, or 6 weeks. On the product page, click the *Subscribe and save 15%* option on your chosen Sea Sun Australia products and select your preferred delivery schedule.You're in control of your subscription and can change the frequency, skip a shipment, or edit or cancel the order.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. You’re free to cancel at any time. Just login to your customer portal and cancel or reach out to hello@seasunaustralia.com, and we'll process the cancellation.

Can I swap an item on my subscription?

We get it – you want to change up your routine. If you want to make any changes to your subscription, you can do so on your customer portal whenever you’d like. Not only can you swap your subscription order, but you can also update your next subscription date, the quantity of your order, delivery schedule, payment and shipping details. If you have trouble accessing your account or want us to make these changes for you, please email hello@seasunaustralia.com

Can I use a discount code with my subscription order?

Unfortunately a discount code cannot be added on top of a subscription discount.

Can I expedite shipping for my auto-replenish order?

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipping on subscription orders. However, you are able to edit the date of your upcoming shipment to an earlier date if your products are needed sooner than planned.

How do I sign up for subscriptions?

On the product page, select subscribe + save, choose your desired frequency, add to cart, and checkout.

How do I edit my shipping address?

Log into your account, click subscriptions, click on shipping, and make the necessary edits to your address.

How does billing work?

Your credit card will be charged on the order date selected when you signed up for your subscription.
